What items are returnable?

In brand new, unopened, original condition
Unwashed and Unworn
In the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
Free gifts, promotional items, and items containing internal dischargeable battery(s).
Are there any charges for return?
There is no charges for brand new, unopened return
Opened return(s) may be subject to 15 to 35% restocking fee (excluding shipping)
A standard 30% restocking fee will be applied for returns including dischargeable battery(s)
Damaged or altered return(s) may either be rejected or subject to 50% restocking fee
Original shipping charges is non-refundable
You are responsible for return shipping charges and insurance
How do I return?

Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
